Rent payments made through this portal are processed by Stripe. Processing fees shown at checkout are added to your payment amount and are non-refundable once a payment is completed.
Submitting a request through the portal does not guarantee a specific response time. Emergencies should also be reported by phone.
These terms may be updated from time to time as the portal evolves. Continued use of the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
